Deconstruction
The material used to build Reclaimed Spaces are usually found in 80 to 100 year old homes and barns that are no longer being used and often an eyesore. Our hardworking deconstruction crew removes each board and nail one at a time; sorting and stacking for reuse in someone’s new space.
Our most recent acquisition was the Shiner, Texas livery, said to be one of the oldest structures there. The amount of amazing lumber is overwhelming. It has been a chore, but well worth the efforts. There will be some lucky Reclaimed Space owners with quite a story to tell, maybe over a cold Shiner beer!
