How we build

Custom designed based on your needs

Each prefabricated Space is custom-designed and built to each individual’s needs. Here are some specifics outlining how Reclaimed Space builds their Spaces. Spaces can be built to any city code and each come with a structural engineer’s stamp of approval.

Reclaimed Spaces start at 12ft wide and can be built up to 16ft widths. Lengths range from 20-32 ft.

Modular:

For larger living space needs, Reclaimed Spaces can be designed modularly. Spaces can also be stacked for a taller ceiling or second story. Spaces can also be conjoined with screened-in porches or smaller modules.

flexSpace

Our flexSpaces are 3 sided modules that can be added to any existing Space for extra living area at minimal cost. FlexSpaces are affordable as they do not include plumbing and arrive ready to be attached to your Space.
