Our Spaces are designed modern and built to order using the most exceptional reclaimed and repurposed materials. Using these materials, we are counteracting the amount of waste, energy consumption and pollution resulting from new home construction.

Saving landfills from tons of beautiful building material is just another perk.

It's all in the materials:

We use “old-growth” lumber, which is much denser and more stable than new construction lumber.

Heat reflecting materials, such as aluminum siding, make your Space much more energy efficient.

Only low VOC paints.

Using locally sourced reclaimed materials, we’re supporting the local economy while reducing transportation emissions.

New materials are used in the necessary locations, including wiring and plumbing.
