Process

Every space is different, here is a
step by step of the typical purchase process:

1. Purchase Property

Make sure you have property purchased to place your Space on.

2. Research

Contact your local building department to confirm your neighborhood allows prefab/modular construction. Research any relevant deed restrictions or zoning regulations.

3. Needs & General Layout

Discuss customer needs and general layout.

4. Detailed Layout Consultation

Make design changes through collaboration and production of customized floor plan and architectural renderings (Requires engagement fee of $1500).

5. Approval

Design approval by the customer.

6. Lending

If lending is needed, contact your bank to apply for and secure a new construction loan or a one time close construction loan.

7. Contracts & Down Payment

Sign and return contracts and down payment.

8. Plan Finalization

Finalize site plan, structural plans and any relevant documents.

9. Production

Reclaimed Space begins building your Space.

10. Site preparation

Identify a local general contractor to improve/prepare the site,
arrange utility installations, and organize any necessary equipment
for installation.

11. Permits

Obtain any relevant building permits.

12. Delivery

Delivery and installation of your Space.

13. Utilities

Make arrangements for utility hook-ups as needed
