Reclaimed Spaces are drop-ready, meaning the truckers show up with a ready-to-live-in house, simply needing utility and/or alternate energy hook-ups.  Within hours of delivery you could by living in your brand new sustainable home.

Your Reclaimed space will be placed and leveled on concrete blocks as a temporary foundation.  If you choose to make it more permanent, the space is lowered onto concrete piers poured and tied into them.

The process is simple. Choose a pre-existing design or work with our group of designers to find the best fit for you. We build to client and location needs, arrange delivery, consult for utility hook-ups and provide the proper paperwork for your area. Engineers consult for local codes and we are able to maintain high-quality craftsmanship in our controlled production facility in Austin, Texas.

Reclaimed Spaces are modular and easily transportable.  This makes initial install and future changes simple. If your family grows or your needs change, the modularity and transportability of Reclaimed Spaces is a great solution. We can add on extra bedrooms, bathrooms or living spaces. Your Reclaimed Space can also later be moved to another location and become a guest house, rental cottage, or workshop. You can even move your Reclaimed Space to a different property altogether.
